The best part of the stay was the really good staff, especially Noman and Mr James, whose smiles and prompt service turned challenges into good moments.

Some cleanliness inconsistencies marred the experience, with a slight musty odor and little neglect in detail that could easily be improved.

A rollercoaster of pros and cons

The Premium One Bedroom apartment featured spacious, well-equipped facilities. The LEO SHISHA LOUNGE offered delicious food in generous portions, and breakfast quality was great.

Unfortunately, we encountered issues with a slippery floor that posed safety risks. Management's lack of urgency regarding my concerns was disappointing, leaving us feeling unheard .

Unique base for 1 night. Functional and modern units with a balcony. Lovely stay, as always.

We loved this stay. Had 14 nights in Dubai, spent our time here lovely. The hotel was in a GOOD location, to the closest shop. The room we had included a microwave oven, air conditioning and a personal safe.

Cockroaches spotted!!! Fire alarm disrupted my stay without proper explanation!!! Consistency in complimentary services needs better enforcement!!! Water charges were unnecessary and frustrating!!!

Loved the spacious gym and pool! The shisha bar was an unexpected treat too. Enjoyed the friendly vibe at the rooftop lounge where I mingled with fellow travelers.

I loved my stay! My room had free fast wifi and we could enjoy breakfast deliciously prepared in the restaurant. The gym could definitely use a little TLC.

It was just an appropriate option for a short stint in Dubai with great value-to-price ratio. The staff was quite friendly, making my check-in process quick and easy. Bring your own water bottle, as they charge for additional bottles on-site.

The gym offered excellent equipment, a nice surprise to keep up my routine. Bring some extra kitchenware if you plan to cook as the selection is a bit limited.

Good value for a quick stay

Had a quick stopover and the place was decent for the price. The room was cozy and had all the basic stuff I needed. The gym was a nice surprise too, pretty well-equipped! Only thing is the check-in was a bit slow, but overall not a dealbreaker. Grabbed a few snacks at the snack bar, good.

I stayed in the Beautiful King Studio Apartment for 2 nights. The room was spacious but had some major cleanliness issues. The towels and pillows felt dirty, there was a water leak from the air conditioner, and the balcony chairs weren't comfortable or clean. It was disappointing given how nice the space could have been.

The spacious lounge areas were like walking through a glamorous gallery, adorned with good decorations that even my bridge club would admire. The thoughtful layout made it easy for seniors to navigate without hesitation.

More accessible seating in common areas would be lovely.

I found the hotel beautifully decorated with spacious, well-equipped areas. The friendly staff were eager to assist, which I greatly appreciated.
